2. Overview
This website is a static information site. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services, and does not embed content from third parties such as external fonts, videos or maps. All fonts are served from our own server.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When the website is accessed, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system information) in server log files. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and reliably.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Vercel's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide (email address, name, content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at concluding or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for handling your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

This website contains links to external websites (such as berta.studio). When you follow these links, you leave our website; the privacy notices of the respective provider apply.

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

If you are in the European Union, you can contact the supervisory authority in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
